Standard off the shelf accounting packages are produced with the view to be applicable to as many trading situations as possible. This generalised approach gives rise to complexities in task handling for a given user group and an inherent inability to address specific needs peculiar to any one trade or profession unless they are heavily customised, sometimes with "add-on" programs and always at a significant cost. My name is Khosrow Behbahani, a Chartered Accountant that with background in software development, whilst in practice, I developed a series of accounting software, initially for my own use but now available to all practising accountants. These are based on an entirely different approach, in that they are tailor-made for specific trades and professions. This has allowed me to design systems that are totally focused on the requirements of their users and operate in a manner that is entirely compatible with their specific transaction patterns and trading environments. As a result users immediately relate to their system and are able to follow its routines intuitively. These contain numerous useful features for task handling some of which are totally unique. In addition, prompting mechanisms are built into every major part not to allow users to skip or ignore tasks that are essential to be performed. A further achievement in design terms has eliminated the usual computer and accounting complexities from these products. Based on an innovative approach accounting data is processed without any regard to bookkeeping or accounting disciplines. Such disciplines are applied from within the software to allow users to operate each system as part of their daily routines without a need for any bookkeeping or accounting skills. Despite similar claims made by other software producers, I am convinced that my software products are unique in terms of ease of use and intuitiveness and the number and quality of task handling features and the manner that they achieve results. In producing my software focus has been entirely on improving the lives of accountancy practitioners and to provide them with a no frill, affordable software to minimise the day to day chores of running a practice and to allow them to introduce new income streams and maximise profitability

• Statutory accounts production for small limited companies - Produces presentable and fully compliant statutory accounts in minutes from a trial balance and by incorporating year end journals. • Accounting software for GP practices - A specialist all embracing accounting software for GP surgeries who operate under the NHS regime. It produces books and ledgers from accounting data generated in a typical doctors' surgery without a need for any knowledge or skills in bookkeeping or accountancy. With special focus on NHS contracts and items of service all income and superannuation entries can be processed using an appropriate template according to GMS or PMS contracts. *System requirements

An Internet connection is required to download the software, and for updates throughout the year. All packages are developed using Microsoft Access but users do not need to have a full scale Access on their computers as these operate on Microsoft Access Runtime program that can be downloaded completely free of charge and without any systems knowledge 

All our software packages are compatible with all versions of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. They do not work on Macs.
